Workshops with advisors were conducted to gather domain knowledge and understand the core features of the account opening process. Additionally, potential users were interviewed to understand their needs and expectations, helping us envision the ideal future state of digital onboarding.

The user flow was defined to identify core features and MVPs, ensuring the smoothest experience for both users and advisors.

A Proof of Concept was proposed, envisioning the ideal future state based on industry research and user expectations.

After reviewing the concepts with the team and confirming the design direction, a style guide was created to ensure a sustainable and consistent design system.

High-fidelity mockups were developed to present the user flow for live demonstrations.

During this phase, the interface was also tested with French content to ensure multilingual compatibility.

Responsiveness was incorporated to enhance the user experience across mobile devices, ensuring a seamless experience on smaller screens.

The design was reviewed to meet WCAG AA standards, ensuring proper color contrast ratios. Additionally, alternative text for visuals and an improved tab navigation flow were implemented to enhance the accessibility experience.

In addition to mockups, the project scope was visualized for executive overview and to ensure easy alignment among team members regarding goals, timelines, and workload.

Design reviews and user acceptance testing (UAT) were conducted to identify misalignments and defects during product development. These efforts helped launch a product with excellent performance and user satisfaction.

Following an agile strategy, several "nice-to-have" features were identified and planned for future development stages:
